Modest upgrades transformed this single story home into an inviting lakeside cottage.

A light color scheme throughout is balanced with warm wood including a chinaberry dining table and a walnut bar counter with burled wood and wavy maple bookends.

The kitchen refresh included removing upper cabinets over the bar counter, adding  floating shelves, a quartz counter, glass backsplash and light fixtures.
